Hydrophilic-lipophilic balance 친수성-친유성 균형(HLB)은 계면활성제 분자의 친수성 부분과 친유성 부분의 크기와 강도의 균형입니다. HLB 척도 범위는 0~20입니다. 3.5~6.0 범위에서 계면활성제는 W/O 에멀젼에 사용하기에 더 적합합니다.
