실험디자인
• 공시동물 : 3,000마리 넙치(13g)
• 실험처리 : (1) 일반사료
(2) 체중대비 사료내 0.1% 박테리오파지 첨가(일주일 2번)
(3) 사료내 0.2% 박테리오파지 첨가
• 박테리오파지 첨가제의 표적 병원성 미생물
Streptococcus parauberis,Edwardsiella tarda
• 실험기간 :17주
주요 결과 및 결론
• 사료내 0.1% 및 0.2% 박테리오파지의 첨가는 넙치의 Streptococcus parauberis(32~56%)및 Edwardsiella tarda(100%) 검출율를 감소시킴(Figure 40, 41)
넙치 사료내 0.1% 및 0.2% 박테리오파지의 첨가
